Designed by W.A. Elliott, this house was built in 1905 for the Christie family. Ernest (E.L.) Christie was a stationer and founder of Christie's School Supplies, now Christie's Office Plus. It has been designated a heritage property by the City of Brandon.

This house was built in 1910, for W.D. Clement, the son of Brandon's first sheriff and a local pharmacist. In 1919, it served as Clark Hall Annex for Brandon College students. It was subdivided during the 1930s.

This house was built in 1907. It was constructed for the Bank of Montreal as the residence of the local bank manager, W.G.A. Watson, and was used for that purpose until the 1960s.

Photograph shows a group of 10 men, eight whom are wearing sweaters with the letters WCBC appliqued across the chest. The goalie is seated in a wodden chair and wears his goalie pads and skates. The four other players in the front row are also wearing skates and have their hockey sticks.

The Motor Mart Building in Sioux City, Iowa, is listed on the United States National Park Service's National Register of Historic Places. The State Historical Society of Iowa submitted the application in 1993. The building is an architectural example of the Commercial Style of the late 19th and early 20th Century American Movement designed by E.J. Henriques and C.F. Lytle Co. The building has a concrete foundation, brick walls, and a concrete roof. The Turner Mushroom System, a patented structural system involving a poured reinforced concrete framed, was used in the construction of the building. Photograph shows a three-storey multi-family brick house that appears to have at least four units. The structure also has a basement. A group of five men are posing on a stoop on the west side of the building. Sapplings have been planted on the boulevard in front the building.

Photograph shows a two-storey wood-framed duplex. The building appears to be situated on a corner. The front verandas have wooden ornamentation and a lattice fence separates the front yards. Flowers and viriginia creeper appear in flower beds along the side of one house.

The location has been identified as the 7th Street Terrace between Lorne and Louise Avenues.
Photograph shows a CPR passenger trains at the old Brandon train station. Carts/trolleys appear to be loaded with wooden crates and metal milk containers. Photograph was likely taken from the 8th Street Bridge. The ramp to the 8th Street Bridge can be seen on the ride of the photograph, where residences line Assiniboine Avenue.

Scope and Content
Photograph shows the three storey brick terraced property at 12th Street and Lorne Avenue. The entrance/stoop on the west side of the property appears to have been removed and the Lorne Street entrances have been modified (see 3-1997.72 for a comparison). Ivy is growing up the side of the house and the tree on the boulevard have grown and tower above the roof-line. A motor car is parked on Lorne Avenue in front the property.
