A 6-cent Queen Elizabeth red postage stamp portraying various modes of the transportation. The stamp has been cancelled with a postmark that reads "Help Retarded Children."

Behind the photograph is a letter dated 15 November 1984 to Fred McGuinness, Brandon, Manitoba, from Michael B. Decter, Clerk of the Executive Council, Cabinet Secretary, re: Her Majesty's Visit to Manitoba
Photograph shows a docked ship, possibly the HMCS Alachasse. Naval flags fly from the mast and a sailor is at the bow of the ship. A naval officer is standing on the dock near a parked vehicle.
Photograph shows the midway at the 1913 Dominion Fair. Attractions include California Orange Juice stand and Patterson's Animal Trainer Show. The Dominion Exhibition Display Building II can be seen in the background.
