Item is a mini-chapbook entitled "Voices Controlling the Beasts" by Ronald Kurt. It is series 4, number 5 in the Dollarpoems series. The series was published by DOLLARPOEMS with the aid of a grant from The Manitoba Arts Council.
The CGS Acadia was a former hydrographic surveying and oceanographic research ship of the Canadian Hydrographic Service. The ship was used in the surveying work used to establish the port of Churchill.
