Sub sub series consists of thirteen parliamentary scrapbooks created by Barb Clark and Enid Clark at the request of Lee Clark. Sub sub series consists of primary sources related to Canadian agriculure in Western Canada from the Great War to the Great Depression drawn from the National Archives of Canada and the Provincial Archives of Manitoba; primary sources including interviews conducted by Dr. Clark for his PhD thesis and subsequent book titled Brandon Politics and Politicians; and various papers - published and unpublished by Dr. Clark, a few of his students, and other academics. Sub sub series also contains seven copies of Brandon Politics and Politicians.

Beverley Alistair "Bev" Nicholson was born on August 17, 1936. He completed his undergraduate degree at Brandon University in 1978. He began his M.A. in the same year at Simon Fraser University. completing his defense in September 1980. He began his Ph.D in January 1981 and accepted a position at Brandon University as a Lecturer in August of 1981. He defended his Ph.D. thesis in January of 1987 and received his first SSHRC grant in April of that year. Bev Nicholson died on January 9, 2023 in Brandon, MB.
Custodial History
Accession 22-2006 was in the possession of Dr. Nicholson until he donated the records to the S.J. McKee Archives in 2006.

Item, which belonged to Colin Mailer, was part of a group of materials compiled by Gerald Brown from the personal collections of Colin Mailer, Lorne Watson, Norman Kalinski and Gerald Brown. Brown delivered the records to the Archives on November 17, 2009.
