The Minto Pool Elevator was built in 1928 and traded to Paterson Grain in 1988. In 2005 the elevator was closed due to line abandonment. The elevator was later sold to a local farmer, who used it until wind damage led it to be demolished in 2015.

The Manitoba Pool Elevator was built at Margaret, Manitoba, in 1928. It underwent expansions in 1940. United Grain Growers also had a grain elevator at Margaret that was built in 1926, which was traded to Manitoba Pool in 1971. The United Grain Growers elevator was used as elevator B for the site. It was closed in 1977, while the original Manitoba Pool elevator was closed in 1981. Both buildings were demolished.

Two grain elevators were built at Waskada, Manitoba. One was operated by Manitoba Pool Elevators, built in 1961. The other was the property of Paterson Grain, and was constructed in 1927. The Paterson Grain Elevator was demolished in 2004.
