A number of Aboriginal peoples are travelling on horseback west along Rosser Avenue as spectators look on.

The Bank of Hamilton Building on the southeast corner of 8th Street and Rosser appears to be under construction. A sign in the second storey window above the main entrance reads: law office. The streets are muddy and a horse and buggy is traveling west on Rosser Avenue.
