Sub-series consists of records related to Brandon University Board of Governors' general meetings. The sub-series has been divided into five sub sub series, including: (1) Agendas; (2) Minutes; (3) Packages; (4) Motion sheets; and (5) Index of motions.

File consists of correspondence, reference materials, Executive and Board minutes, agendas, notices, the policy for the admission of visa students (1976), briefs, a copy of "The Role of BUFA," status of women meeting documents, sabbatical for special projects personnel and CAUBO/CAUT documents.

File consists of correspondence, minutes of the Board-BUFA Plenipotentiaries, minutes of the BUFA Faculty Administration Brief Negotiating Committee, memos, a discussion paper regarding bargaining procedures, a report of the BUFA Ad Hoc Budget Committee, a report from the Committe to examine methods of selecting Deans and Directors, proposals for credit extension, and a copy of "Statement of Philosophy, Aims and Goals of Brandon University prepared by BUFA."
Notes
A copy of "Alumni" (Waines-Archer Report and Brandon University '75 in '74 are the cover stories) was removed from the folder and placed in RG 6, series 10, sub sub series 10.3.2 (Office of Development, Alumni Relations, Alumni News).
