Scope and Content
Sub sub series consists of Brandon College and Brandon University miscellanous calendars for spring and summer sessions, the School of Music and the Faculty of Education. It includes summer session calendars for 1967 to 1971; spring and summer session calendars for 1972 to 1979; Department of Music/School of Music calendars for 1957 to 1958, 1962, 1965 to 1968, 1971 to 1972 and 1978; Faculty of Education calendars for 1970 and 1977 to 1978; and Teacher-Training Programme calendars for 1959 to 1960.

Scope and Content
Sub-series MPE B.4 consists of local association financial statements.The statements are bound in uniform hardcover volumes. The statements is organized chronologically, and alphabetically by local association name within each individual year.
The records for each individual local's fiscal year consists of: 1) letter of certification from the auditors; 2) summary of income and expenses of said local association.

The Crepeele site was excavated in 2003 as Crepeele 3. Standard archaeological methods were used to excavate the units. Site records of excavation units XU 110 – 113 are in seperate pdf files.

History / Biographical
The Crepeele site was identified from the results of the Casselman survey and excavated in 2003. In 2004 the site was funded through the SCAPE project, directed by Bev Nicholson. The units were excavated by Crew Chief Tomasin Playford and crew.
Eight units were excavated in 2004, XU 1 to XU 8. Each unit has a seperate pdf file.

In 2005 the Brandon University Field School was held at both the Crepeele and Graham sites in the Crepeele locale.
Denise Ens instructed the school and James Graham was teaching assistant.
At the Crepeele site nine units were excavated (XU10-16 & 20, 21). Units 20 & 21 were referred to as Meadow in the notes but are considered part of the larger site based on recoveries

Consists of the BCSA constitution, electoral procedure documents, nomination forms, the Brandon College Crests and Awards Board constitution, the Brandon College Finance Board constitution, the Brandon College Athletic Board/Athletic Council constitution, the Brandon College Board of Publications constitution, the Brandon College Literary Board constitution, the Sigma Mu constitution, and BCSA statistical summary of Committee meetings.
Sub-series consists of accession records listing the accession number, author, title, publisher, cost and “source” for each book accessioned into the Brandon College Library. It includes a total of 10 accession catalogues covering the period December 1899 - June 1965: 2 accession catalogues (12x18x5) and 8 accession catalogues (9x12x .75 cm)

Series 15: Brandon College Library
The structure of the Manitoba Pool Elevators from its beginning in 1925 until its restructuring in 1968 placed importance in the principle of democracy. The company was run from the local associations, the central office acting as a hub that facilitated communication between all the locals and between the locals and the selling agencies. The central office was not powerless, but important decisions or by-laws could not be made with out the consent of the majority of the locals.
After the restructuring of MPE in 1968 the central office took on more responsibilities. It became the top of the administrative structure and instead of members belonging to their local elevator, they were now direct members of MPE. This administrative structure continued until the 1998 merger with the Alberta Wheat Pool to form Agricore.

This series was created by a member of the administrative staff of the Provincial Exhibition of Manitoba Association.
Custodial History
The records were housed by the MEA until c1986 when they were transferred on an ongoing basis to the S.J. McKee Archives located at Brandon University.
Scope and Content
The records consist of a list of several committees and dates. It is possible that the dates were the ones on which the various committees would be meeting. There are also several lists of shareholder’s from 1979, 1984, and 1987-1990.
