Renee Robinson has been on faulty at Brandon University since the fall of 1996 in the School of Health Studies. She teaches in all three programs offered by the School. Robinson has been a Registered Psychiatric Nurse since 1978 and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mental Health from Brandon University in 1991. She has also received a Masters degree in Community Health Sciences from the University of Manitoba (1996) and is pursuing a PhD in community health, also at the University of Manitoba.

The winter carnival was composed of recreational and athletic activities. It also included a dance and the crowning of a carnival king and queen.
