The photograph was taken during the preparations for the 1997 Canada Summer Games held in Brandon, MB. At the time the photograph was taken, Hutchings was Food Services Director for Brandon University. However, Hutchings was actually an Aramark Canada employee. Aramark Canada was a company that Brandon University hired to provide Management Services to the Brandon University Food Service staff. Hutchings worked in Brandon University Food Services from 1992 until approximately 1998, but was not an actual Brandon University employee.
