View is southeast from the northwest corner of Princess Avenue and 20th Street. The model includes the proposed auditorium as well as a number of buildings on the Brandon College campus.

Hutchings' Drugs is on the ground floor of the Hughes Building on the northwest corner of 10th Street and Princess. Manufacturers Life occupies the second storey.
Photograph was in the possession of L.J. Crocker and his daughter Frances Wollison (nee Crocker) until donation by the latter to McKee Archives in October 2005.
