The back of the photograph reads: Knots and splices made by Bill Pollock when he was in Grade Six at Kemnay School. They were awarded first place at the Boys and Girls Club Show in Brandon in 1916.
Mr. Stuckey's notes: Similar painting on other side "Refuse the Cruise." Bridge newly painted July or Aug. 83.
