The Motor Mart Building in Sioux City, Iowa, is listed on the United States National Park Service's National Register of Historic Places. The State Historical Society of Iowa submitted the application in 1993. The building is an architectural example of the Commercial Style of the late 19th and early 20th Century American Movement designed by E.J. Henriques and C.F. Lytle Co. The building has a concrete foundation, brick walls, and a concrete roof. The Turner Mushroom System, a patented structural system involving a poured reinforced concrete framed, was used in the construction of the building. Photograph shows a four-storey brick building, with a large showroom on the main floor. Inside, automobiles can be seen on display. Banners in the store windows read White Moon. The photograph was taken at night and exterior lights decorate the building.

Photograph shows Western Motors Ltd. on the southwest corner of 10th Street and Princess Avenue. Anglo gas station is part of the car shop, which sells GM, Chevrolet, and Oldsmobiles.
Hutchings' Drugs is on the ground floor of the Hughes Building on the northwest corner of 10th Street and Princess. Manufacturers Life occupies the second storey.
Photograph shows the northeast corner of 10th Street and Princess Avenue. OK Used Cars - Western Motors Ltds - used car lot and a building containing The Specialty Shop and another business are pictured. The exposed wall of the Brown Block has been painted over.

A used car lot can be seen to the north of the building and an advertisement for The Strand Optical Co. is painted on the Brown Block. The third storey of the Brown Block has been removed from the building.

This store, the first established in Brandon (June 12, 1881), was erected on the southeast corner of 6th St. & Pacific Avenue, facing Pacific.
Coombs and Steward later opened a store on the northeast corner of 9th St. & Rosser Ave.
Billy Muir was Coombs & Stewart's first clerk. He later opened a store of his own on the west side of the 100 block of 6th St., which he operated for nearly 50 years. (I was often a customer as a kid - LAS). Billy Muir closed his 6th Street store June 1945 (Brandon Sun). [See E18]

Frederickson Motors was located on the east side of 10th Street and Louise Avenue. It was a British American and Volkswagon dealer. It was later bought by Charlie Tosch and Doug McGill and renamed Tosch-McGill Motors. The location is currently a parking lot for City Hall.

Photograph is looking northwest from across Victoria Avenue and shows the British American station building, signs, gas pumps and various cars in the lot.
