Scope and Content
Consists of two Brandon College badges. The largest, measuring, 4 x 4.5", is composed of red and white felt with the letters "B" and "C" intertwined in the centre of the badge. The smallest, measuring 2.5 x 3", is also composed of red and white felt, but only has the letter "B" in the centre of the badge.
Good. Some dirt remains at the bottom of the inkwell.
Scope and Content
The inkwell is 7 cm tall and 5 cm wide. It is made of clear glass with the words "Underwood Inks" (in raised letters) appearing at the front of the item.

Reading room display case
Beatrice C. Hall graduated from Brandon College c. 1923. She was a teacher of some kind and died in California when she was about 80 years of age.
Custodial History
This ring was part of a donation, along with item 23, from Jean Bennest, class of 1934. It's original owner was Beatrice C. Campbell (nee Hall), a relative of Jean Bennest, and Brandon College graduate.
Scope and Content
The ring is oval in shape and made of gold. It has the letters "BC" entwined in the centre of the oval. There is lettering around the "BC" but it is worn and difficult to make out. It may read "Recte et Suavitem."

This plate was the property of Edna and Carl Bjarnason. It was in their possession for some fifty years prior to its donation to the University on October, 2005. The Development Office took possession of the plate at that time and transferred it to the Archives in March 2008.
Scope and Content
The plate measures 26 cm in diameter and is white with blue glazing. The centre of the plate depicts the Brandon College Original Building and the words "Brandon College, Brandon Manitoba." The outside of the plate is a flower motif. On the back of the plate, in the same blue as the front, are the words "Canadian View Series, Brandon Manitoba." There is also a trademark of a bird with a banner reading "Trademark England."
The University Calendar is the authoritative statement of the institutional structure, faculty and staff, and academic program of Brandon University. Since the creation of the College in 1900, calendars have been produced annually, with only a few exceptions, by the Registrar's Office.
Up until 1991-1992, the calendar was called the general calendar. In 1991-1992, it was called the undergraduate general calendar. Beginning in 1992, the calendar was produced every two years instead of annually, except for 1998-1999, until 2003. The 1992-1994 calendar contains both the undergraduate and graduate general calendars, and starting in 1994 a separate undergraduate and graduate calendar was produced.
Custodial History
The Brandon College/University calendar was produced by the Registrar's Office. Individual copies of the calendar were held by the Registrar's Office until their transfer to the University Archives.
Scope and Content
The sub-series consists of general calendars, general undergraduate and graduate calendars, as well as calendars for the School of Music, the Faculty of Education, and for spring and summer sessions. It has been divided into three sub sub series, including: (1) Calendars - bound archival copies; (2) Calendars - researcher's copies; and (3) Calendars - miscellaneous.

The Registrar, acting in his/her capacity as Secretary of Senate, is responsible for the production of the University calendar.
This item is a continuation of the Brandon College Honor Roll (RG 6, sub-series 16.3, item 16). It lists Brandon College students who served and/or were killed, wounded, gassed or imprisoned during World War I.

Consists of a blue and gold felt crest. The letters "B" and "C" in blue on a gold background are intertwined at the top centre of the crest. Below that, in black lettering on a gold background is "McM.U." Below that in gold on a blue background is an oil lamp on a book (lamp of knowledge).

Consists of a blue and gold felt crest that reads "Manitoba Junior Basketball Champions '36-'37" in blue lettering on gold banners around the outside on the crest. In the centre of the crest is a basketball figure and in gold lettering on a blue background, the words "Brandon College."
The chain between the Brandon College portion of the pin and the '35 portion of the pin is broken. There is some discoloration on the '35 pin.
Custodial History
Item belonged to Winnifred Harvery, B.A. '35. It was donted to the Alumni Association at Brandon University in 1990.
Scope and Content
The pin consists of two parts, both pins in their own right. The first pin is a circle, 1 cm in diameter, with a small banner on top. The main circle is black with BC entwined in the middle and a link border around the outside. The lettering and border are in gold. The banner on top is also black, with the letters McM.U. in gold. This pin is linked to a second pin by a gold chain. The second pin consists of the numbers '35, in gold.

The pin consists of two parts, both pins in their own right. The first pin consists of three triangles and is art deco in design. The background of the triangles is red with each triangle edged in silver. The smallest triangle contains the letter "B, " the middle triangle the lettter "C," and the largest triangle the word "Arts." All the lettering is in silver. The first pin is connected to the second pin by a silver chain. The second pin consists of the number 30 and is sterling silver.

Item is a pen and ink drawing of the Brandon College Building and Clark Hall by Brandon artist Doug Brolund to be used by the University in its "Building for Strength" campaign. A card attached to the print said: "Building from Strength compliments of John R. Mallea and L.D. Whitehead."

These eleven keys were used to open various locks in Clark Hall and the Brandon College Building prior to the restoration of those buildings in 1995-1996. Seven of the keys are labelled and range in size from 4.5 cm to 6 cm. Some are silver, others are gold in colour. They include: Room 118, Clark Hall; D.R. MacKay's Secretary - File cab.; South Entrance 2nd CL; S. door hallway; Storage Room Clark Hall 4th floor; Rm #3 HK277; and Personnel Office. The remaining 4 keys are all silver and vary in size from 3.5 cm to 6 cm.

A series of thirteen blueprints was prepared for the proposed new lecture building and theatre. Blueprints four and eleven are missing from this collection. Those included provide a plot plan for the buildings within the general campus and individual schedules showing various features of the new buildings.
