James Richardson (MP for Winnipeg South and Cabinet Minister). In the back row, above the child in the crowd is Elias Haddad. Dignitaries were part of the cornerstone laying ceremony of the John R. Brodie Science Centre.
File consists of an agreement between the University and A.L. Dulmage, a copy of the presidential contractural arrangements, lists of furnishings, correspondence, a motor vehicle rental agreement, a list of renovations, as well as other records dealing with the residence.

McKee Archives (RG2) including photos of board members.
