Paul Panton, a native of Melita, and now a resident of Boissevain, began art lessons with Miss Helen Douglas in New Westminster, B.C.. He continued study with Joe Plaskett at the Vancouver School of Art. During 1962 to 1964 he studied with Steve Repa at the Brandon Allied Arts Centre. C.S. Hatch (1863-1922) was born in Woodstock, Ontario. He lived there until 1902, at which time he moved to Winnipeg. In 1909 he moved to Vancouver until 1920 where he and his family moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma. Hatch's paintings (mainly portraits) have been sold throughout Canada. (BU Art Catalogue, 1983)

This reunion included people from Orleans, Fitzroy Harbour, Stittsville, Manotick, Kingston, Ottawa, and Brandon, MB. Group photo taken at the reunion
