Scope and Content
Sub sub series consists of thirteen parliamentary scrapbooks created by Barb Clark and Enid Clark at the request of Lee Clark. Scrapbooks include newspaper clippings from various newspapers, photographs, campaign and election materials (including Lee Clark, Barb Clark for School Trustee and other politicians), correspondence, cards, invitations, parliamentary reports, news releases, documents from Brandon University events, copies of Lee Clark's Ottawa Update, itineraries and other ephemera (programs, tickts, buttons, etc.).

The series was created by a member of the administrative staff attached to the Board of Directors of the winter and summer fairs.
Custodial History
The records were housed at the MEA until c1986 when they were transferred to the S.J. McKee Archives at Brandon University.
Scope and Content
The series includes a scrapbook that encompasses the 1954 and 1955 summer and winter fairs. The scrapbook is comprised mainly of newspaper clippings pertaining to the fairs. Within the scrapbook there are a few unusual items, including the construction plans for a new horse stable in 1884, and an 1895 prize list.

The scrapbooks in this sub-series are fragile, particularly the product book. They must be handled with great care.

Scope and Content
This sub-series consists of three scrapbooks. Two of the three contain copies of advertisements for a number of businesses, including McKenzie Seeds, Steele Briggs, Patmore's, Rennie's, and McFayden Seeds. Clippings dealing with a variety of other companies in the seed industry are also included. The third scrapbook contains pictures of various flowers, vegetable, herbs and other seed products in alphabetical order. An inventory is available for the third scrapbook.
