Item is a mini-chapbook entitled "The Sacred Beech and Other Poems from Wales" by Beryl Baigent. It is series 2, number 9 in the Dollarpoems series. The series was publiched by Pierian Press, Brandon University with the aid of a grant from The Manitoba Arts Council.
The Human Resource Office is responsible for a number of functions for support staff and the academic staff. The Eaton's store was located at the southwest corner of 7th Street and Rosser Avenue. The store closed c. 1997 and since 2000 the building has been occupied by the Art Gallery of Southwestern Manitoba and the Brandon Public Library.
Scope and Content
Photograph shows the lower level of Eaton's, which primarily sold food stuffs. The sign for the Optical Parlour is also visible.
