The Eaton's store was located at the southwest corner of 7th Street and Rosser Avenue. The store closed c. 1997 and since 2000 the building has been occupied by the Art Gallery of Southwestern Manitoba and the Brandon Public Library.

Photograph shows the lower level of Eaton's, which primarily sold food stuffs. The sign for the Optical Parlour is also visible.

Photograph shows a studio portrait of moustached wearing a three-piece suit, seated with six girls. The girls are wearing dresses, ribbons in their hair, and several have broaches pinned at their necks.
Stuckey's notes: Elevator on right moved to Nesbitt. Other scrapped. Wawanesa spur (remainder of CN Belmont branch) closed end 1982 crop year, summer 1983. Mainline modeller, October 1982.
