The flag, which is made of cotton and canvas, features the class colours of cherry and grey, as well as the class motto "Ut Prosim" ("(in order) that I may do good"). The flag has a canvas edge with grommets at top and bottom for hanging.

Postcard depicts an outdoor class photograph of the 1906-1907 Central School Grade 5? class. The class is posing outside of the school. The girls are wearing dresses and boots. Most of the boys are wearing suits and ties.
