Group portrait of what may be a family reunion or wedding anniversary celebration. There are some potted plants and a coupld of photographs placed in front of the group. The woman seated in the wooden chair towards the centre of the image is wearing a corsage.
This collection contains photographs of Brandon and Area that do not belong to particular collections or fonds held at the S.J. McKee Archives. It is, in short, an artificially created collection.
The collection has been divided into the following series: (1) Rural Images; (2) Urban Images; (3) Transportation; (4) Education; (5) Portraits; (6) Associations; (7) and Athletics.

File consists of the package given to each writer upon their arrival at the festival. The package includes a program and poster for the event, letters of welcome from: Louis Vistentin, President of Brandon University; Linda Burridge, University Librarian; Reinhold Kramer, Acting Dean of Arts; Darell Racine, Chair, Native Studies Department; Dave Burgess, Mayor of Brandon; and Di Brandt, Festival Committee. It also includes general information for the event, the University and the campus, and a bibliography of Canadian Aboriginal literature in the John E. Robbins Library.
