File consists of seven envelopes of negatives for the May 1999 Convocation. Each envelope is labelled with the names of the students/faculty & staff/award recipients and the number assigned to each of their negatives.

Scope and Content
File consists of twenty three envelopes of negatives of students who graduated in 1999. Each envelope is labelled with the name of the student and the date the negatives were taken. The students are: Deanna Bowles, Donna Debassige, Stu Boreyko, Victoria Lamb, Robyn Paulishyn, Cory Quintaine, Ken Jackson, Rosemary Anderson, Erin Blair, Vera Comerford, Thomas Tran, Norma Fleury, Laurie Henderson, Kim Sentner, Dennis McCorrister, Walter Kosior, Paul Maendel, Nigel Escoffery, Mervin McKay, Allan McConkey, Cecelia Blacksmith, and Monica Pugh. There is also a negative of Brandon House.

CUSO is an organization in which university graduates can gain important international experience before entering careers. A number of Brandon College/Brandon University alumni participated in the program.
Scope and Content
The writing on the back of the photograph reads: "Cement being mixed on the ground without aid of a cement mixer. The school under construction shown in the back . . ." It appears that the bottom portion of the photograph has been cut off.

The writing on the back of the photograph reads: "Christine Gerrard '70, into a lorry. These lorries left whenever they had a load, which could consist of people, chickens, geese, goats and crates of fish on their way to market. These lorries all had odd names, which suited the owner." The lorry in the photograph is named "Are You God?"
Photograph shows Dr. Ed Milton of the Religion Department standing in his office, CH 305, during the renovation of Clark Hall and the Brandon College Building.
Photograph shows President Dennis Anderson and John Jardine, Head of Physical Plant, in either Clark Hall or the Brandon College Building during renovations.
The signature wall is a name created by the Archives and given to a piece of wall formerly located in either Clark Hall or the Brandon College Building that was covered in former students signatures. The signatures were discovered at the time of renovations to the building.

Photograph shows members of the Brandon University Foundation during a tour of the construction site. Members include: Scott Stewart, Doug Adams, Sheri Decter-Hirst.
Photograph shows Harold Stewart - Brandon University Foundation member, Brandon University graduate and former New Era School principal - in either the Brandon College Building or Clark Hall during renovations.
Photograph shows renovations to the fourth floor of the Brandon College Building and Clark Hall. Portions of the city, particularly Lorne Avenue, are visible from the opening in the wall.
